APRIL 15 UPDATE: Due to some internal delays, the organizers have decided to reschedule the event for the fall. The retreat will not occur on May 11. We will post the new date once announced.

 

We are pleased to share that Conshohocken Council 1603 in Pennsylvania is organizing a special Day of Recollection with Fr. John Perricone, on the topic of Sanctity as Warfare. 

A Traditional High Mass (Latin) will be offered as part of the event, which will occur at the Carmelite Monastery in Coopersburg, PA, just south of Allentown. 

The event is open to both men and women 18 and over. The cost is $25 (includes lunch). To learn more see attachment.

New Knights video featuring a Latin Mass Council

 Brother Knights,

We are pleased to share a new video produced by the Knights of Columbus which highlights the young Grand Knight of a Latin Mass council, Mater Misericordiae Council 15576 in Phoenix. It is based at Mater Misericordiae Latin Mass parish, which exclusively offers the Traditional Latin Mass, staffed by priests of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter (FSSP). The Council is one of our sponsoring councils. It was also founded by Father Kenneth Walker, FSSP (+) of holy memory, who joined our monthly teleconference one time as he was starting up the council. 

This is a great achievement and we congratulate the Council on its growth and youthful vitality – demonstrating the Latin Mass can be impactful in attracting young men to the Knights of Columbus.
